SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic & International Returns

As a Shine Jewellery client, you're entitled to a 14 days return/exchange window once you receive your package.

Return shipments may take up more time, we're willing to wait for your package to arrive at our office.

 

Regardless, the return package must be sent within the 14 days return window.

The customer is responsible for returning their order. We recommend using a tracked service - we cannot be held liable for parcels lost in the post on the way back to us.

Shipping fees are non-returnable. 

Before returning an item, please make sure you contact us at shine store.london@gmail.com - make sure you add your order number and reason for return.

 

If the return is accepted we'll send you the return address.

 

 

Pierced earrings and pendants are non-returnable for reasons of safety and hygiene. No exceptions will be made. 

 

The items must be returned in their original condition. No scratches, wear marks, or broken pieces. The packaging may not be the original but please make sure the necklaces do not tangle or get damaged during transport.

If the items do not reach us in their original condition or are shipped 14 days after the delivery we will not process refunds or store credit.

We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any problems that may happen during the return transportation.

Please allow up to 20 business days for your return package to reach our address (depending on your location). 

We’ll only issue the refund or exchange once the parcel is delivered to us. 

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items can be returned within 14 days in exchange for Credit Store only.

As a Lyna London client, you're entitled to a 14 days exchange window once you receive your package.

We do provide Free Domestic Exchange shipping labels. 

For International Exchanges, unfortunately, we're a small business and cannot cover the shipping cost, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your items.

Please note you can exchange only once per order.

 

 

 

If you receive a proven defective piece we're able to exchange it. If a refund is demanded the item must be returned to our office, return shipping label will be provided by us.

If the items are broken after a 45day period after you received your order, we will not be responsible for their replacement or repair. We're not able to prove the item was not poorly used.

We are not responsible for lost items, either within the exchange period or after.

 

Canceling or Refusing Orders

Please note our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, once confirmed- you have 24h to cancel your order by contacting us, after this time passed we'll not be able to cancel your order.

We'll be able to refund it once we receive the returned package, shipping costs will be deducted and may vary from country of destination.
If you're purchasing from outside the UK, the return package will be demanding additional customs fees, these will also be deducted from your purchase amount.
